Esther is a young Zambian woman and single mom to a small boy. We first got to meet Esther during our first year at Kasisi Children’s home, where she was in charge of the care of the disabled children. She was one of the mommy’s who learnt how to perform therapy with the children in our absence. Now, she has the aspiration to become a physiotherapist and is currently enrolled in the college of Lusaka, and (successfully?) concluded her first year. Unfortunately she cannot manage the financial strain of the tuition on her own. We are looking at making her dreams, to become a physical therapist, come true. We are thereby financially supporting Esther by sponsoring her yearly tuition. The total cost of the course (the full 3 years) is Fr. 1000.
